At United Machine Works we provide many services from simple turning and milling to complex fabrication and repair work. Our CNC machines provide consistent quality and high speed machining, while our manual machines allow us to provide prototype services and small quantity runs. Our experienced, knowledgeable staff is prepared to offer advice on material selection, processes, finishing and design assistance when requested.

Turning
UMW offers exceptional quality machining of most ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as machinable plastics such as polyurethane, Delrin and HDPE, among others. We have the experience and expertise to handle your most challenging problems. We have highly trained manual machinists for low-volume jobs as well as CNC capability for your production quantities.
Milling
UMW has CNC vertical machining centers in addition to our staff of highly trained and experienced manual machinists. We can handle quantities from a single part to production level quantities.
Welding
Our fully equipped welding shop enables us to weld most steels and alloys. We offer MIG, TIG and Heliarc welding services, including tack welding, spot welding and overlay or build-up welding.
Fabrication
Our fabrication department is well-equipped to provide high-quality fabricated parts, from simple welding to complex, engineered designs. We work with our clients to develop drawings and procedures for manufacture, and we can offer suggestions to streamline design and fabrication to save you time and money.
Laser Cutting
We offer laser cutting to support your machining and fabrication projects. Contact us with your drawings or requirements.
Prototypes
Our large array of manual machines and our highly experienced manual machinists enable United Machine Works to provide fast and accurate prototype turnaround. Bring us your design and we will work with you to determine the best materials and processes to take your design from concept to finished product.
Repairs
We repair valves, pumps, flanges, shafts, compressors, bushings, wear rings, forklift parts, and many other parts for oilfield, refineries, construction and other industries.
